Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge and understand that crafting activities and the use of crafting equipment involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, strains, sprains, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event and the use of the crafting equipment.

Release of Liability:
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the crafting event and use the crafting equipment, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise, arising out of my participation in the event or use of the equipment. I agree to hold the Organizer harmless from any damage or injury to myself or others, and I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions during the event.

Medical Consent:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses that may arise from an injury during the event.

Age Requirements:
If participants are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on behalf of the participant.

Photographic Release:
I grant the Organizer permission to photograph or record my participation in the crafting event for promotional or educational purposes, including on social media, without compensation.

Understanding of the Waiver:
I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release Form. I am aware that by accepting this form, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organizer for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the event or use of the equipment.
